For the meatballs;
250 grams ground beef
1 pack of meatballs
For the Big Mac sauce;
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise
2 pickled gherkins
1 small onion
3 tablespoons mustard
3 tablespoons of ketchup
How to Make a Big Mac Hamburger Recipe
I’ve come up with a hamburger recipe that you can’t get enough of making and eating.
We put only the meatball mortar into my 250 grams of ground meat and knead it. It adds incredible flavor, I didn’t put any other ingredients for it anyway.
Knead the meatballs for 10 minutes so that they interlock well. Then we divide it into 5 parts and shape it.
In the meantime, we take our pan to the stove and wait for it to warm up. After our meatballs are shaped, we put them in our pan. I did not add oil, the oil of the ground beef was enough for me because you can add 1 teaspoon if you wish.
While our meatballs are cooking, I put the breads in the pan to make them brown.
While my meatballs and bread are frying in the pan, I start making my sauce.
Finely chop 1 small onion. Then I cut my pickle thinly and put it in a bowl.
I put mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard on it and mix it well. And then I take my toasted bread and put the first gravy meatballs on the bread again. And ready.
