Sloppy Joe Supplies
6 large hamburger buns
2 – 3 tablespoons of olive oil
1 large onion
1 kilo of ground beef
3 – 4 teaspoons of salt
1 – 2 teaspoons of black pepper
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
1 teaspoon ground garlic
2 tablespoons of ketchup
200 gr. tomato puree
1 cup of dried beans
6 – 8 pickled cucumbers
1 cup cheddar cheese – grated
1 cup cheddar cheese – grated
For the minced mortar;
Take your pan on the stove and heat it.
Add olive oil and finely chopped onion and cook until the onions soften.
Add the minced meat and fry it on low heat.
Add salt and pepper and mix.
Add the Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, ketchup and tomato puree and continue cooking.
Take the boiled beans in your pan and mix them by crushing them lightly.
Take the ready mortar from the stove.
To combine;
Cut your hamburger buns in half.
Arrange the bases of your breads in your rectangular glass baking dish.
Spread your minced meat on the breads.
Sprinkle the finely chopped pickles on the minced meat.
Sprinkle the grated cheese on the pickles.
Cover the hamburger buns.
Wet your baking paper in water, squeeze it lightly and cover the hamburgers in a damp way.
