Morning Routine

Evening Routine

We will do any of these exercises for an hour in our evening routine, including yoga, pilates and boxing. These three are the most used training routines by Kpop idols.

Yoga and Pilates are favorite types of routines as they help you achieve a flexible body shape while keeping your body fit and slim. We’ll only do it three days a week, and once you get used to it, you can start doing it five days a week.
