They take a lot of time to dance and learn new choreography, especially before live shows and filming. The routine is so intense that it will be the best exercise for them to lose weight and slim down. The average Kpop artist’s dance class lasts two hours, so much dance practice helps everyone lose weight.
Apart from that, all groups have trainers assigned to them by the company to ensure they stay fit. That’s why they do other exercises that include stretching and basic free body exercises. They will not tell members to go to the gym unless they want to on their own. Right now, I don’t think Yuqi has tried any other exercise.
Now that we know her workout, let’s create a routine that will help you get in shape like Yuqi. We will train six days a week and rest on Sunday. However, I will also include an exercise that will help you achieve faster and better results. So let’s get into:

Morning Routine

I think if you work that hard and do other things, you’ll need more food. That’s why I recommend this diet instead. Intermittent fasting and 8 hour eating windows will help you get results faster.
