Aespa Ningning is a singer and member of the K-pop group Aespa. He’s also the youngest member of the group and possibly the cutest makan ever.

Ningning is also known for her super sexy body shape and is the main vocalist. While I can’t teach you to sing, many fans like to be like him. However, I can give you the Aespa Ningning exercise and the Aespa Ningning diet plan.

Well, it’s not as complicated as you might think. From training days, all Aespa members are given a diet and exercise regimen that they must adhere to. However, it is not that easy; They have to go through hours of different choreography almost every day and then some stretching exercises and a few body weight routines.

Many K-pop idols practice Yoga, Pilates, boxing, etc. He also does different exercises. However, I didn’t get to know about Ningning but looking at her routine and age I don’t think she will do much. Since she’s young and her metabolic rate is reasonable, also Ningning already has hours of dance practice.

So I’ll add some exercises and give you a routine that will likely work for you. We will work and train five to six days a week, where we will train for two to three hours. To make it easier for you, I will divide the workout into two parts. So let’s get started:


Aespa Ningning Morning routine

In the morning routine, you can practice dance for two hours. It will be our cardio and main workout routine that will help us get in shape. You will burn a lot of calories doing this; I recommend you to join a dance class for faster results.

If you’re doing it on your own, be sure to stretch for 10 to 20 minutes before that. If you can’t do that much workout, it’s okay to just do an hour-long dance routine and increase it slowly each week.

Evening Routine

In the evening routine, yoga, pilates, boxing, etc. three days a week. We will do exercises. You can choose any exercise from these three exercises, as they are all adapted by many K-pop stars in their workout routines. So these will definitely benefit you and give you a K-pop body shape.

Ningning and the other members have always stayed on diets, but never tried to diet excessively. At least that’s what they said. So there’s no need to have a meal or ice cubes as food for them.
