1 cup of flour
1 tablespoon of rice flour
¾ cup of yogurt
¼ cup of water
1 pinch of salt

1 glass of water
1 cup of granulated sugar
powdered cardamom
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 strand of saffron

Jalebi How To


Boil sugar and water. Add cardamom, saffron and lemon juice and mix. Take it off the stove and let it cool. Sift the flour into a wide bowl. Add rice flour, yoghurt, water and salt and whisk. Keep the prepared dough in the refrigerator for 1 night. The next day, when the dough has doubled, fill the flat-tipped cream into a squeezing bag and squeeze into the hot oil in a spiral shape. When both sides are browned, take them out of the oil and put them in the syrup. Let it sit for a few minutes and transfer it to a serving plate. Sprinkle almonds on top and serve.
