For Tandoori Chicken Tikka Materials
For the spicy sauce:
10 grams fresh coriander
10 grams of garam masala
200 grams of strained yogurt
For the marinade mix:
1 clove of fresh garlic
200 gr. chicken leg
5 grams of fresh ginger
5 grams of red chili powder
For the salad:
2-3 leaves of Chinese lettuce (or classic lettuce)
1 cucumber
1 teaspoon of balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon of lemon juice
2 teaspoons of red wine vinegar
Tandoori Chicken Tikka How To
First, remove the skin of the chicken thighs and chop them into large pieces.
Peel and grate the fresh ginger. Chop the garlic finely.
Mix ginger, garlic and chili powder in a bowl.
Dip the chicken legs in this mixture and leave for 1 hour.
Take the strained yogurt in a bowl and mix it with garam masala and fresh coriander.
Dip the chicken meat marinated with spices into the strained yogurt mixture and thread onto iron skewers.
Bake in a preheated tandoori oven for an average of 18-20 minutes.
For the salad; After washing the lettuce and cucumbers with plenty of water, chop their skins julienne.
Add lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and red wine vinegar to it and mix.
