I usually use lamb in the spring. One of the classic but frequently cooked dishes is this recipe made with mini potatoes.
Who doesn’t love fries. It is a vegetable that we consume very often with its meals, fries and puree. It is especially the favorite vegetable of children.

Delicious Lamb Meat Potatoes Recipe

Materials :


1 kg of baby potatoes
650 grams of lamb meat
2 tablespoons tomato puree
1 onion
1 coffee cup of olive oil
1 tablespoon of butter
Salt + Black Pepper
2 glasses of water


Fabrication :


Take olive oil in your pressure cooker and heat it over high heat.
Add the meat and start roasting.
Wait until the broth is free and absorbs the juice again.
Meanwhile, cut the onion into small pieces.
When the meat is juiced, add the onions.
Add salt and pepper.
With the lid closed, give the tomato puree and water and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes.
Now for potatoes, wash the potatoes well and put them in a pan.
Add enough hot water to cover it and boil over medium heat for only 5 minutes.
So your potatoes should not be boiled completely.
Peel off the skin and set it aside.
Take the butter in a pan and melt it.
Add the potatoes and fry them by turning.
Meanwhile, your meat is cooked, pour it from the pressure cooker into the regular cooker.
Add the potatoes you sauté on.
Cook together for 5 minutes.
Don’t let your potatoes fall apart.
Fresh mint will look good.
