Double Layer Pizza Recipe
Today I have a great pizza recipe where we found answers to the questions of how to make pizza dough at home, can we make pizza at home as good as the ones outside. We will also double the pizza pleasure by making this pizza two-level and putting extra cheese in between.
For the dough,
500gr, 4,5 glasses of white flour
300 ml, 1+ 2 fingers from 1 glass, water
1 pack of instant yeast
4 tablespoons of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
For 1 pizza,
4 full tablespoons of tomato puree
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
1 wipe teaspoon of salt
1 wipe teaspoon of black pepper
Half a red onion
1 tablespoon of pesto sauce
4-5 leaves of arugula
1 handful of breadcrumbs
• Put 500 grams of white flour, 300 grams of water, 1 pack of instant yeast, 1 teaspoon of salt and 4 tablespoons of olive oil in a large bowl and knead in the bowl first until it is thoroughly mixed.
• Then place it on the counter and knead for 5-6 minutes until it is smooth.
• Then divide the dough into 4 equal pieces of cloth and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper and cover with a damp cloth.
• While making the meringues, place your hand on the dough like a cage, while pressing a little from above with the palm of your hand, give it a round shape with your fingers.
• Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour at room temperature. If the weather is cool or in winter, this period can be up to 1.5 hours.
• Operate the oven at 240 degrees upside down and if there is no oven stone on the bottom shelf, place the baking tray upside down and start heating.
• For pizza sauce, crush 1 clove of garlic over 4 tablespoons of tomato puree. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, one teaspoon of salt and black pepper and mix.
• For pizza, chop half red onion month by month.
• Slice 200 gr cheddar cheese thinly. Grate 100 grams of cheddar cheese.
• Finely chop 50 g of mozarella.
• Take one of the meringues and start rolling it on a cutting board or baker’s shovel by sprinkling some breadcrumbs under it.
• You can open it to check with your hand. You can of course also use a roller if you have difficulty.
• When it is opened a little more than 1 cubic meter, place 200 grams of cheddar cheese and 50 grams of mozarella cheese.
• Sprinkle the second dough in the same way, sprinkle some breadcrumbs and open it on the bench and place it on the first dough and fold it from the bottom to the top as if hand-sewing the edges.
• Apply the pizza sauce you have prepared on it. Place a little less than half of the grated cheddar.
• Red onions that you chop month after month. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of chopped green olives. Finally, when you add 1 tablespoon of pesto sauce piece by piece, it is ready to bake.
• Put the pizza on the heated baking stone. After cooking in this way for 10 minutes, sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and cook for 5 more minutes and your pizza is ready.
• When you throw a few leaves of arugula on it and add some freshness, it is ready for you to eat with pleasure. Bon Appetit!
