Solo singer Lee Ye Jin, or more commonly known as Ailee, was known not only for her strong vocals, but also for her tikki and healthy body to the public. Let’s take a look at what kind of diet plan Ailee does.

Ailee says she consumes only 500kcal per day. The first thing he eats for breakfast is an apple, some chicken breast, a cup of soy milk and a whole cucumber. For her lunch menu, she eats a sweet potato, a hard-boiled egg, and a small serving of plain yogurt.

She then wraps her day with a small serving of shrimp, crab, chicken or beef, along with two cups of vegetables and assorted fruits.

Girls’ Generation’s Yuri

Yuri was voted as one of the sexiest members of her group and has the best body in Girl’s Generation along with Sooyoung and Yoona. But among the three, Yuri is the one who has lost a few laps and gained weight in a quick amount of time.

His diet itself actually contains 1,200 calories each day. Some healthy foods are also included, from morning to night.

Breakfast: A glass of milk, banana or other fruit instead.
Lunch: Vegetables and a bottle of water.
Dinner: A cup of rice and vegetables.
Snack Time: Anything healthy and no junk food.
