To prepare the corncob shells; One side of the dried corn cobs is straight and the other side is pointed.
Choose 15 cobs of appropriate size and place them in a large bowl. Add cold water to just cover it a little.

For the cornmeal dough; Mix the salt, baking powder and cornmeal with a mixer.
Add chicken stock into the small saucepan and heat on low heat until steaming.
Add the vegetable oil to the heated chicken broth and mix.
Add the chicken broth mixture to the corn flour mixture and beat with a mixer for 3-4 minutes.
For the chicken stuffing; Pour oil into a pan and heat it over medium heat.
Add the chopped onion into the hot oil and fry for 5 minutes.
Then add the pepper and continue mixing.
Put the cooked onions in a mixing bowl and add the cooked chopped chicken meat on it.
After adding salt and pepper to the chickens, mix them for identification.
To prepare tamales; Cut 12 25cm kitchen strings.
After draining the water of the corn husks, take one of them on the kitchen counter.
Add a tablespoon of cornmeal dough into the shell and open the middle part to be a hollow.
Add chicken stuffing into the cavity. After covering the bottom and top of the shell, close the edges as well.
At this stage, it is necessary not to close the cobs too tightly. The stuffing will swell as it cooks. Wrap and tie the closed cobs with kitchen string.
After applying this process to all tamales, place the tamales in the steamer. But do not forget that it must be a single layer.
Add water to the steamer and cook for 1 hour. You can arrange the cooked tamales on the serving plate.
