Ingredients for Punjabi Samosa
200 g flour
250 ml oil
For interior material
100 g potatoes
50 g peas
5 g cumin
5 grams of garam masala
5 g ground red pepper
5 g coriander seeds
10 g powdered coriander
Half a teaspoon of lemon juice
5 g minced ginger
1 glass of water
Punjabi Samosa How To
Cut the potatoes into cubes and boil them in plenty of water. Boil the peas.
Heat 1 teaspoon of the oil in a pan. Add cumin, coriander seeds and peas and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add ground red pepper, ground coriander salt and continue sautéing. Add the potatoes and mix.
Add lemon juice, garam masala and fresh coriander, mix and let cool.
