3 cups flour
1 tablespoon of dry yeast
3/4 cup warm water
1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
4 tablespoons of olive oil
3 tablespoons of yogurt
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 teaspoon salt

5 tablespoons butter (melted)

Mix warm water, granulated sugar and yeast in a bowl and let the yeast activate.
Then cover and rest for 10 minutes.
Take flour in a large bowl and make a hole in the middle.
Add yogurt, olive oil and butter to the middle part of the flour.
Add salt to the rested yeast and add this mixture to the flour and knead.
When the dough starts to thicken, cover and rest for 1 hour.
Divide the dough you prepared into 8 equal parts.
Take the dough meringues on the floured kitchen counter and roll them out to medium thickness.
In the meantime, heat the non-stick pan and cook the rolled dough in the pan on both sides.
