Mucver Recipe
MATERIALS:
1 large zucchini
4 fresh onions
1 small soup bowl with finely chopped fresh mint, parsley, dill
2 eggs
25 gr grated cheddar cheese

1 teaspoon of baking soda (2-3 drops of lemon juice on top)
4 full tablespoons of flour

2 cups of sunflower oil
Fabrication :
Lightly scrape and grate the top of the zucchini with the serrated scraper.
