Uramaki Recipe

Uramaki is a type of sushi in which seaweed is put inside. Unlike other sushi, leaf seaweed is placed inside the rice. In addition, seafood is placed on the rice. For Uramaki Materials

3 leaves of moss
430 ml of water
320 g sushi rice
1 teaspoon of salt
3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
1 tablespoon of sugar
8 slices of crab
Sesame and black cumin
1 avocado, thinly sliced
2 cucumbers, thinly sliced

How To Make Uramaki

The rice is washed and left to boil in salted water.
Sugar and vinegar are mixed and added to the cooked rice, mixed, left until it cools.
The moss is opened and rice is put in it. Fish eggs are laid on it and turned upside down.
Avocado, cucumber and crab are added and folded.
Served with soy sauce and pickled ginger.
