I will share with you the Umji 15-day diet list. Thanks to this diet program, it is possible to lose 5 kilos in 15 days. Stick to the schedule and try to walk for 1 hour a day for the health of your body and the regular functioning of your organs.

Morning Time: 08 00 – 09 00
2-3 slices of whole grain bread
1 slice of cheese or 1 boiled egg
with 5 olives

1 glass of cinnamon milk and
10 almonds
Noon Time: 12 30 – 13 00

With 3 flaxseed diet biscuits
1 apple or 2 tangerines

1 glass of Kefir
