Many of these diets are unhealthy and unsustainable in the long run. But what you can do is take one of these diets and tweak it a bit. This is what we usually recommend! Here is a list of Kpop diets that can be adjusted according to your needs and situation:

What do we mean by setting these? Mainly, we want you to add some food to them. Sometimes for more variety and other times for higher caloric intake. For example, you have to understand that carbohydrates are your friends. As long as you eat good carbohydrates. On the other hand, you must realize that when you burn more calories than you eat, you lose weight. It’s actually a simple equation. You will see weight loss success as soon as you understand these two diet rules.

The following is an example of a diet plan you can follow:

This one is based on the Suzy diet and may work for you if you stick with it:

Breakfast: Salad – The variety of salads is great! A glass of milk. Alternatively, oatmeal with milk.

Dinner: Sweet potatoes and Chicken breast Alternatively, salmon or other fish instead of chicken breast.

Mix these ingredients. Get creative and find recipes that mainly include these foods. Sugar is your enemy! Make sure you don’t add any added sugar to your diet at all.
