Soup Aespa Diet

The Soup Aespa diet is a diet made of different soups for 5 days. These soups, which are mainly vegetables, should be consumed at every meal and different soups should be drunk for 5 days and adhered to the list. You should definitely not use tomato paste, salt and oil in the soups you will make. Instead, you can add as many spices as you want for taste. If you are very hungry, a slice of brown bread that you can eat with your soup is recommended.

1 day

Breakfast: 1 bowl of celery soup
Snack: 1 medium apple, half a tea glass of diet kefir or non-fat yogurt
Lunch: 1 plate of celery soup
Snack: 1 bowl of non-fat yogurt, 1 medium-sized diced apple, 2 tablespoons of oats
Dinner: 1 plate of celery soup
Snack: 1 medium apple, 1 tea glass of diet kefir or non-fat yogurt


2 days

Breakfast: 1 bowl of vegetable soup
Snack: 4 strawberries, half a tea glass of diet kefir or non-fat yogurt
Lunch: 1 plate of vegetable soup
Snack: 1 bowl of nonfat yogurt, 2 tablespoons of oats
Dinner: 1 plate of vegetable soup
Snack: 4 strawberries, 1 tea glass of diet kefir or non-fat yogurt

3 days

Breakfast: 1 bowl of lentil soup
Snack: 1 pear, half a tea glass of diet kefir or non-fat yogurt
Lunch: 1 plate of lentil soup
Snack: 1 bowl of nonfat yogurt, medium-sized chopped pears, 1 tablespoon of oats
Dinner: 1 plate of lentil soup
Snack: 1 pear


4 days

Breakfast: 1 bowl of broccoli soup
Snack: 2 kiwis, half a tea glass of diet kefir or non-fat yogurt
Lunch: 1 plate of broccoli soup
Snack: 1 bowl of nonfat yogurt, 2 chopped kiwis, 2 tablespoons of oats
Dinner: 1 plate of broccoli soup
Snack: 1 tea glass of diet kefir or non-fat yogurt


5 days

Breakfast: 1 bowl of cabbage soup
Snack: 1 orange, half a tea glass of diet kefir or non-fat yogurt
Lunch: 1 bowl of cabbage soup
Snack: 1 bowl of nonfat yogurt, 1 medium-sized chopped orange, 2 tablespoons of oats
Dinner: 1 bowl of cabbage soup
Snack 1 orange, 1 tea glass of diet kefir or non-fat yogurt


Important note: It is recommended to walk for half an hour and drink 2 liters of water every day during the diet to accelerate your weight loss. It is possible to lose 3 kilos in 5 days with the Soup Aespa diet. However, this situation differs according to the metabolic rate of the individuals. People with blood pressure and diabetes should consult their doctor before starting the Soup Aespa diet.
