How to Make Shrimp Wonton
For the filling, grind the shrimp and chicken breast in a processor and mix with fresh spices. Then add soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil respectively and add salt and mix.
Let the mixture sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Take the flour, water and salt in a bowl and knead until it reaches the consistency of an earlobe and let it rest for 3 hours. Roll out the rested dough in small circles of 3 mm thickness with the help of a rolling pin.
Put 1 teaspoon of internal mortar in each and close the dough as you want by rubbing a little water around the edges. Continue the same process until the dough is finished.
Heat the oil in a deep non-stick frying pan with a lid and fry the ravioli with the bottom side down, with the lid closed.
Add hot water to the fried ravioli and cook on low heat until the dough is soft.
Serve the wontons on the serving plate with crispy vegetables and soy sauce or a sauce of your choice.
