For Sea Bream in Milk Materials
1 fresh sea bream (400 – 500 g and cleaned)
To marinate
1 coffee cup of milk (Very fresh daily milk)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
1 clove of garlic (Optional and finely chopped)
For Pan
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of breadcrumbs
1 pinch of salt

Sea Bream in Milk How To
Mix the marinade ingredients and dip the sea bream in the sauce. Let the fish marinate in the refrigerator for 20 – 25 minutes.
Mix the breading ingredients and cover the sea bream. Fry both sides of the pan in olive oil.
Mix salad ingredients. Serve the sea bream with a pomegranate salad on top.
