K Pop Diet List

Diets of Kpop Idols: The beauty and incredible shape of Kpop idols fascinates us all. No matter girls or boys, they have those slim and fantastic waists. So how do they achieve this?

The answer is mostly in their diet; We know that all Kpop idols train every day, dance for hours. Apart from that, diet does the most important job here. So if you’re looking forward to the Kpop diet Plan, keep reading.

Diet List

Now, I’ve covered so many Kpop idols and their diets that it’s nothing new to me and I didn’t have a lot of research to do. I’ve already covered almost everything I need to know. Now let’s move on to how to get in shape like Kpop idols by following the Kpop diet.

I’ll cover diets for both boys and girls, and there are three phases in the life of a Korean pop idol where they diet excessively, then they slowly get into a good meal plan and eventually return to a healthy diet once their bodies get used to the exercise program and get in shape.

All these words entered the life of every Korean idol, especially before their debut. Some are expected to have a high metabolism, which helps them stay fit no matter what they eat. Before I start the diet, let me tell you that this diet is unhealthy and I do not recommend anyone to even try this diet for weight loss. This article is to inform you about diet.

The K Pop Diet List includes:

Extreme Kpop Diet Plan

An extreme diet can give you stomach problems, digestive problems, malnutrition and many other diseases. This type of diet is used by Kpop idols before their debut when they are asked to lose 5kg to 10kg in less than a month, and sometimes in just two weeks.

Many famous stars like Jimin, Momo, IU and others have taken this diet before debut. They would only eat one meal a day, or an apple in the morning, a sweet potato for lunch and a protein shake for dinner. This is when they practice dance for two to three hours.

Regular K Pop Diet List

This diet phase occurs when idols return to eating certain foods such as rice, chicken, vegetables, and snacks. Many stars here don’t care what they eat because they admit that not eating enough will make them sick and go to the hospital. However, they control portion and eat in moderation.

Many celebrities use this diet and stay fit; Here, they eat three meals a day while practicing dance or even exercising, consuming a total of 1.3k to 1.8k calories. So they’re not getting any fat at all, but I don’t think it’s exactly an ideal diet. However, it helps them stay fit and also saves them the trouble of getting sick.

Healthy K Pop Diet List

Only a few Kpop idols follow this diet type in a position where they go to the gym or do at least some form of exercise every day. You can follow this diet and I will explain and give you the diet.

Each idol has their own diet plan, but their meals are based on protein, carbohydrates, vitamins, nutrients, etc. It will be filled with Lisa, Kai, V, Jackson Wang etc. Stars like her also follow a very healthy diet.

Lisa likes to eat a lot of fruit, V likes to eat soup in her diet as a snack to control calories. For Jackson and Kai, as they hit the gym too, their diet is a protein-based diet with some supplements.

Jackson in particular loves a healthy diet and eats lots of vegetables, chicken, and also takes the vitamins he eats for weeks. Now, let’s look at a diet that I would suggest you try to achieve a Kpop look.
