After doing some research, there was no information about their routine. I know Yeji stays in shape by doing her dance routine for two hours or more first, which is pretty tough. We’ve all seen how complex and intense ITZY dance choreography is when it comes to performance. All of these burn a large amount of calories; I would say at least 800 to 1k calories will be burned while doing their routine.

Other than that, I’ve read that they need to do certain exercises after their dance routine. In the evening routine we will focus on the dance routine. It’s up to you; do a dance workout or request another cardio routine.
