How to Make Tacos
A great Mexican flavor that you can prepare very quickly and simply.
Ingredients for Taco Recipe
For internal mortar;
350 grams ground beef
1 diced tomato
1 onion thinly sliced
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon hot sauce (2 teaspoons if you like it spicy)
Half a teaspoon of olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon dried coriander
half a teaspoon of cumin
Taco bread (used ready to be quick. If you want, you can make your own.
To put in the bread;
1 thinly sliced tomato
1 thinly sliced onion
Grated cheddar or cheddar cheese (we used cheddar)
Finely chopped curly
Mayonnaise
Garlic Mayonnaise
Green pepper (optional)
Grain corn (optional)
How to Make Tacos
Oil is poured into the pan. Onions are finely chopped and thrown into the pan.
When it turns a little pink, ground meat is added and roasted for 5 minutes.
Add tomato paste and hot sauce and fry for 2 more minutes.
Add the grated tomatoes and fry for 2-3 minutes until the juice is absorbed a little.
Then add salt, dried coriander and cumin, mix well and close the pan.
A few drops of oil are put in another pan and the oil is distributed on the bottom of the pan with a brush.
Taco buns are heated in a reciprocating skillet until lightly browned.
When one side of the lavash heats up, when we turn the other side, let’s throw the cheddar or cheddar cheese immediately so that it melts a little.
Then take it out of the pan and add minced meat, onion, tomato, mayonnaise and lettuce, respectively.
Let’s fold it in half and serve. Enjoy your meal.
