500 gr minced beef
1 medium capia pepper (red pepper)
1 medium onion
10 full tablespoons of crumbled stale bread crumbs
1 egg
6-7 sprigs of parsley, finely chopped
Salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper + thyme + cumin

1 soup bowl breadcrumbs
1 soup bowl flour
2 eggs


Fabrication:
