SNSD Diet 800 Calories
It was previously revealed above that SNSD has a diet menu of 1300-1500 calories. It was already a tough diet plan. But in 2009, years ago, during SNSD’s “Gee” era, the SNSD members announced their very strict diet. They said they only eat 800 calories a day.
On December 17, 2009, SNSD came to the MBC VJ Special and revealed the diet meal plan. They revealed that they only ate 200 calories at breakfast, 300 calories at lunch, and 300 calories at dinner. They manage to get the perfect body shape with vegetables and fruits in these calories. Usually SNSD members had 3 main dishes, lettuce, pumpkin and cherry tomatoes. With their rigorous training and schedule, they only ate cucumbers for their snacks instead of chips or chocolate.
SNSD Member Tiffany’s Successful Diet Plan
SNSD Tiffany’s body got a lot of attention. She was the one who still looked chubby when SNSD debuted in 2007, but she showed how she could transform into the perfect Tiffany. Tiffany was asked several times for diet tips. He mentioned that he started his diet at the age of 20. He ate nothing after 8 pm. Tiffany said that drinking 1.5 liters of water every day helped her a lot in reducing fat. They also had no snacks.
