Honey Chicken Recipe

Honey Chicken Recipe Materials:
4 fillet chicken breasts (200 grams each)
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 sprig of rosemary
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
For the honey sauce:
1 tablespoon of butter
1 teaspoon flour
2 tablespoons of honey
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon mountain thyme
1/2 green onion
Honey Chicken Recipe Preparation
Cut the fillet chicken breasts in julienne or cubes and put them in a deep mixing bowl. Let’s add olive oil, rosemary, garlic and freshly ground black pepper and marinate. The longer the marinating time, the tastier the chicken will be. After this process is finished, let’s fry our chickens on the grill.
Melt the butter and fry it on low heat by adding flour. Add honey, freshly squeezed lemon juice and soy sauce. Let it boil over low heat and after it thickens, add grated lemon peel and mountain thyme and season it.
Then, let’s pour our ready sauce over the chickens. When we add the thinly sliced green onions, our chicken will be ready for service.
