500 ml olive oil
2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon of water
1 teaspoon mustard
Juice of half a lemon
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
How to Make Homemade Mayonnaise
Carefully separate the egg yolks and transfer them into a bowl.
Place a cold damp cloth on the bottom of the container. In this way, you can prevent the materials from heating up.
Beat the egg yolks well with a hand whisk.
Slowly add half of the oil into the eggs and continue beating.
In the meantime, you can add a teaspoon of water to make the consistency better.
Add mustard to the mixture and continue whisking.

Continue whisking as you add the oil. When you have achieved the consistency you want, you can stop adding oil.
Add lemon juice to it and mix it.
