Homemade Cream-Meatball Pasta Recipe


1 pack of baked pasta
4 bunches of tomatoes
1 onion
5 cloves of garlic
1.5 cans of tomato puree (300 ml)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of black pepper
2 tablespoons of olive oil

For the patties:

400 gr double shot ground beef

1 onion
15 sprigs of parsley
100 g string cheese (1 mold)
75 g cream (2 tablespoons)
5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 pack of baking soda
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil


Put a large and large, preferably cast iron saucepan on the stove, turn on the heat and start to heat.
Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil into it.
Cut 4 bunches of tomatoes whole, 1 onion in half and put 5 cloves of garlic in the pan and start roasting.
Be sure to pay attention to garlic, you need to buy them a click ahead of time compared to tomatoes and peppers.
When the tomatoes start to soften and leave their skins, remove the onions from the pan when the onions are grilled.
Add roasted and peeled tomato, onion, garlic and 1 teaspoon of salt into the food processor.
Grate 1 onion into double-shot ground beef, 400 gr beef brisket.
Add 1 pack of baking soda, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs and 15 sprigs of finely chopped parsley and knead for 5-6 minutes. After kneading, let the minced meat rest for at least half an hour, if possible.
Cut 100 gr (1 knuckle) tongue cheese into tiny cubes and mix with 2 tablespoons of cream.
Make walnut-sized balls from the minced meat and press in the middle with your finger and make a hole. If you wet your hand while styling, you can do it without sticking. Add the creamy mixture into the meatballs and close it, roll it with your palm without pressing too much so that the place you closed does not open.
Open the bottom of the pan again and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

After warming up, place the meatballs and fry them.
Boil 1 pack of baked pasta for 1-1.5 minutes less than the time written on it. The boiling time on the package is written for 7 minutes, but since I will cook it in the pan for a while, 5 and a half minutes will be enough.
Take the fried meatballs from the pan.
After removing the meatballs from the pan, add the sauce you have drawn in the food processor to the pan and boil for a while.
Add 300 ml (1.5 cans) of tomato puree, a teaspoon of black pepper and chili pepper into the pan.
Add the slightly crisp pasta into the sauce in the pan. Make sure to add plenty of boiling water.
Finally, add the meatballs on the pasta and spread them evenly and sprinkle the fresh parsley leaves and your meatball pasta with cream is at your disposal.
