1 kg of flour
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
15 g fresh yeast
500 ml of warm water
1 tablespoon of sunflower oil
How is Bagel Made?
Dissolve the fresh yeast in a tablespoon of warm water. Sift the flour, salt and sugar in a dough kneading bowl and mix.
Make a well in the middle and add yeast water, sunflower oil and warm water little by little and knead until you get a smooth and hard dough. If the dough is not hard enough, you can add a little more water.
Cut off tangerine-sized pieces from the dough and place on wax paper. Cover it with a damp cloth and leave it at room temperature for 1 hour to ferment and doubled.
