Shuhua is an amazing artist and singer. When she performs live on stage, many fans are captivated by her dance moves that are both incredible and sexy at the same time. Shuhua can show these dance moves very well thanks to his slim and slender body figure. So how does he manage to take this body shape?

I tried to search for some interviews and articles for information. I was able to find details about Shuhua’s diet plan, which we will talk about later. There wasn’t much about her workout routine, which isn’t all that surprising. I think I’ve mentioned this before. When any new group is formed for several years, they don’t reveal much about their diet or training due to certain issues.

We all know that many stars are body shamed and trolled for some of the things they’ve done to achieve this. However, I think Shuhua didn’t get much exercise outside of the band’s dance practice. This is a great workout routine on its own and helps burn quite a bit of calories. We’ve all seen how intense Kpop choreography can get.

So it wouldn’t be surprising if Shuhua only does this as a workout routine. The average Kpop artist dances for two hours, so even Shuhua dances at least that much five to six days a week. Now that we know how to stay fit, I will give you a routine to get a body shape like Shuhua.

The training will continue six days a week and will include two workouts and days adapted by many Kpop artists. Since you probably won’t be trying to be an idol, we’ll take it at our pace and not go too hard on the workout routine. The maximum time we will exercise will be two to three hours a day, so let’s get going:

Morning routine

We will start the morning routine with stretching exercises that will take about 10 to 20 minutes. You can stretch your entire body and even use the roller to stretch your back and open all your muscles. After that, there will be a warm-up that includes exercises such as squats, push-ups, crunches, jumping.

After that, we will do a one hour dance exercise similar to the Shuhua exercise routine. If you are used to exercising, you can do it in an hour and a half to two hours. It will help you lose fat and tighten all your body muscles.

Evening Routine

In the evening routine that I recommend for almost every Kpop artist girl routine, we will do two exercises; yoga and Pilates. So when so many people recommend it, who am I to stop you from doing it? So feel free to alternate an hour of yoga and Pilates for six days. It helps your body to tighten and become flexible like Shuhua.

A while ago Shuhua explained his diet and it’s not that great, but it won’t kill you. It’s one of those diets you take when you have no other choice and you need fast results. I don’t recommend following it, but let’s check it out. Koreaboo’s article tells us about Shuhua’s diet plan and it goes something like this:

He is also not allowed to eat greasy, oily and junk food. Also, desserts are off the list; There are many other restrictions. I will not recommend you to follow this plan. Instead, I recommend intermittent fasting for better results and having clean foods in your diet: plus eating less than 1.6k calories per day.
