(G)I-DLE Soojin Diet

Soojin is a singer, dancer and part of Korean Pop group (G)I-DLE. Definitely one of the most beautiful and talented members of the group.

Soojin has many fans who love her voice and dance performance; later, some fans idolize her looks. But they both want to be like him. So, if you also want to follow the (G)I-DLE Soojin workout routine and (G)I-DLE Soojin diet plan, read on.

(G) I-DLE Soojin Workout Routine

Soojin is one of the best looking and fittest members and is on my top Kpop artists list. She’s talented in vocals and very good at dancing, but let’s not forget Soojin’s training and time for perfect body shape. I think Soojin has the best curvy figure in the whole group. I mean, look at that slim waist; seems almost impossible. So, let’s see how Soojin can achieve this figure?

After researching the details about Soojin, I couldn’t find much information, probably because it still hasn’t been revealed by any of the members. Groups formed a few years ago try to keep this a secret, for fear of judging them for their methods. I’m not saying that Soojin did it, but that usually happens in most Kpop groups.

However, we know how good she is when it comes to dancing, and we’ve even seen Soojin’s many performances. Due to the group’s regular practice, Soojin studies at least two hours in each class. Maybe even more, who knows the exact time? Still, we can truly say that dance practice plays an important role in her fitness.

Now, Soojin may have other things to do like many other Kpop artists. So I will give you my version of Kpop workout routine that you can follow to get a body like Soojin. We will do various workouts and training twice, for a total of three hours, at least one day. So let’s move on to the exercise routine:

Morning Education

In the morning training, we will do cardio and core training. We will keep the dance routine for cardio only as it is the best way to achieve similar results as Soojin. You will now do one to two hours of dance practice that will help you burn 500 to 700 calories, perhaps even more, depending on your weight.

After finishing the workout and raising your metabolic rate, we will do a basic exercise. It will be 20 to 30 minutes of quick training that will help you achieve a slim waist size like Soojin. So follow these exercises:

Repetitions: 20 to 30

Rest time after the entire circuit: one to two minutes

Evening Education

In the evenings, we will do stretching exercises such as aerobics, yoga, pilates. I recommend doing yoga and pilates as these are the exercises most used by kpop stars. Celebrities such as Jennie, Rose, Miley Cyrus, Bella Hadid regularly do one of these two workouts.

It will help you achieve a lean body shape while strengthening your muscles and giving you a healthier body. You can also try boxing for a change, which is a favorite exercise for BlackPink’s Lisa.

(G) I-DLE Soojin Diet Plan

The diet plan isn’t mentioned either, but that doesn’t mean I won’t let you know. I will say that we can try to take inspiration from the member diet. Shuhua’s diet came out a while ago and I found it here on the Koreaboo page.

He talked about healthy foods and his diet consisting of fried, salty and fatty snacks or foods. Even stews and soups are off limits, what? Breakfast includes low-fat yogurt and an apple. Lunch is kimchi (a famous Korean dish) with rice, some side dishes and beans, and dinner is sweet potato with some chicken.

That’s not bad, but I won’t recommend this diet because you work out too much. So I’m going to raise it and turn it into an intermittent fasting diet. We can only have two meals and one snack 8 hours after the meal window.
