1 tablespoon of honey
1 cup shredded purple cabbage
5 tablespoons of corn kernels
1 jalapeno pepper, minced


How to Make Fish Tacos


In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, sweet chili powder, cayenne pepper powder, and cumin.
Add the fish, season all sides, marinate for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, for the salad, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, coriander and honey in a bowl. Mix in cabbage, corn and jalapeno peppers. Season with salt and pepper.
Put a non-stick pan on the stove and heat the oil. Remove the fish from the marinade and season with salt and pepper. Cook each side for 5 minutes.
