How to Make Fish Tacos
In a medium bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, sweet chili powder, cayenne pepper powder, and cumin.
Add the fish, season all sides, marinate for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, for the salad, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, coriander and honey in a bowl. Mix in cabbage, corn and jalapeno peppers. Season with salt and pepper.
