Fish Rolls with Soy Sauce

Materials:
• 2 phyllo dough
• 2 haddock fillets
• 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
• 1 spring onion
• ½ bunch of parsley
• 2 spoonful butter
• 1 pinch of black pepper-salt mixture
• 500 grams of frying oil

Fabrication:
• Boil the cleaned and filleted fish. After it is boiled, take it from the stove and cut it into small pieces.
• Heat the pan, melt the butter in the heated pan.
• After the butter melts, add the fish pieces that you cut into small pieces and saute.
• Finely chop the spring onions and parsley.
• After the fish is sauteed, take the pan off the stove and add the soy sauce, parsley and spring onions. Let the stuffing cool.
• Divide each phyllo dough into four equal parts and prepare 8 triangles.
• Place the mortar centering the base of the triangle and roll it into flat rolls by curling the edges inward.
