I was very busy today and I made envelope pastry from the fastest one. If you like crispy brioche, this recipe is for you. We can make this pastry with the ingredients we want. These are the easiest options with minced meat, potatoes, spinach, cheese and eggplant. I made 2, one with ground beef and the other with cheese.

Envelope Pastry Materials


4 sheets of dough
1 water glass measure of oil
half a cup of water
Any pastry (cheese, minced meat, etc.)


We lay one of our yufka on our table.
Mix the oil and water and apply it on the dough.
Lay the other dough on it.
We apply our oily mixture on it.
We fold the two ends up to the middle.
We apply oil and bring the other ends together in the middle.
We put our pastry dough on its four corners and close it in the form of an envelope.

We prepare the remaining two phyllo dough in the same way and apply our oily sauce on them.
Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.
