Squishy Pastry Recipe
1 glass of warm water
1 egg white
4 tablespoons of yoghurt
4 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 pack of instant yeast
1 pack of butter
250 grams of Circassian cheese
5 and a half cups flour
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon of milk
Fabrication:
First of all, we take the water, sugar and yeast into our dough kneader and melt them well.
Then, after whisking the egg whites, yoghurt and sugar, we take our 3 glasses of flour.
After kneading the ingredients and flour a little, we put the butter at room temperature into the dough and knead it well.
We add the remaining flour gradually.
It should be a light-stick dough.
After kneading the dough well, we close the mouth and leave it to ferment.
We take walnut-sized pieces from the fermented dough for 1 hour, roll it in your hand and continue this process until the dough is finished.
You can use liquid oil at this stage so that the dough does not stick to your hands.
We open the dough a little with our hands, put the cheese in it and close it well.
We leave the pastries we prepared for 30 minutes for tray yeast.
We add one egg yolk and a tablespoon of milk to the buns that take the yeast from the tray and apply it.
We bake in an oven at 150 degrees for about 15 minutes.
