How to Make Shish Kebab Recipe?

After chopping the lamb cubes into large cubes, put them in a large mixing bowl.
Peel the skins of the garlic you crushed with the back of the knife and chop finely. Mix diced meat with olive oil, homemade barbecue sauce, coriander seeds and fresh rosemary.
