For Grilling Sea Bass Materials
2 sea bass (must be big)
Baby carrots, zucchini, corn, beans, lettuce, spinach, colored peppers
Oyster sauce and starch (for binding)
For the mashed potatoes:
Potatoes
Salt
Cream
White pepper
Butter
How To Grilled Sea Bass
Let’s fillet the sea bass with the help of a knife. Let’s fry it in a pan and fry it in olive oil by pouring salt and pepper on it.
Let’s mash the boiled potatoes for mash. Then add the butter, salt, pepper and cream. Let’s mix it up.
Let’s chop the vegetables into small pieces and turn them 1-2 turns in a large pan with olive oil. Then add water and boil it.
Add cornstarch to the boiled vegetables. Let’s add oyster sauce when it starts to bind lightly.
