500 grams chickpeas
half cauliflower
2 potatoes

  • First of all, take the chickpeas in a pot and fill it with water to cover it and boil it.
  • After draining the boiled chickpeas, pass them through a food processor and puree them.
  • Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Peel the skins off the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
  • Chop the onions to be crispy. Add cayenne pepper and salt to the mixture.
  • After blending the vegetables with your hands, dip them in chickpea sauce.
  • Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry vegetables in hot oil.
  • Drain the excess oil by keeping the fried pakoras on a paper towel. Serve with spicy yogurt. Enjoy your meal.
