- First of all, take the chickpeas in a pot and fill it with water to cover it and boil it.
- After draining the boiled chickpeas, pass them through a food processor and puree them.
- Cut the cauliflower into small pieces. Peel the skins off the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
- Chop the onions to be crispy. Add cayenne pepper and salt to the mixture.
- After blending the vegetables with your hands, dip them in chickpea sauce.
- Heat oil in a deep pan. Fry vegetables in hot oil.
