MATERIALS *
1 spoon of olive oil
1 chopped onion
1 clove of garlic
6 cups of chicken broth
1 tea glass of rice
3 lightly beaten eggs
2 bowls of cooked chicken
2 lemons
salt
black pepper

HOW TO MAKE LEMON CHICKEN SOUP? *
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the onions and garlic for 3-5 minutes until they turn pink.
Add the chicken stock and rice and boil. Stir the bottom of the stove down and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the rice is soft.
Take a ladle of boiling chicken stock and gently pour it into the eggs and mix. Then, slowly add this mixture to your boiling soup, stirring it slowly.
Slice one of the lemon, squeeze the juice from the other. Add the chicken, lemon slices and fresh lemon juice and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
Add the salt and pepper. If you wish, sprinkle with chili or parsley and serve.
