Delicious Artichoke with Meatballs Recipe

People who either love artichokes very much or they do not like it at all. However, there are two preferences between lovers and those who do not: some like to eat it cold with olive oil, while others like to consume it with lamb meat, meatballs, etc. hot and meaty.
Try this recipe, which will serve artichoke even to those who do not like artichokes, before the artichoke season passes.
Artichoke with Meatballs (4 Pieces)
4 medium artichokes
juice of half a lemon
salt
250 grams of ground beef
1 egg
1 heaping tablespoon of galete flour
half a grated onion
a few sprigs of parsley
salt, pepper
2 tomatoes
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 clove garlic, salt
4 slices of cheddar cheese to top
Place the artichokes in a saucepan without splitting them, add 1 liter of cold water, the juice of half a lemon and a little salt, and cook until the artichokes are soft.
For meatballs, put all the meatball ingredients in a bowl and knead thoroughly. Make meatballs the size of 4 round hamburger patties. Cook the meatballs in the pan with a little oil.
Put the boiled artichokes in a greased baking dish, drizzle a little olive oil over it and place a meatball on each of them. Put them in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and cook for 10 minutes.
While the artichokes are cooking, grate 2 tomatoes, add a little salt and 1 clove of grated garlic. Share the baked artichokes over the meatballs and cook in 10 minutes.
Place 1 slice of cheddar cheese on the artichokes in the oven and keep it in the oven until the cheese melts and serve hot.
