Crispy Chicken with Cornflakes Recipe

Ingredients for Crispy Chicken with Cornflakes
4 chicken breasts
Breakfast cereal (I used “kellogg’s corn flakes”) for 4-5 cups
Oil for frying
Ingredients for the marinade:
2 eggs
1 glass of water Milk
1 cup of flour
1 cup plain soda/mineral water
2-3 cloves of garlic
The amount of spice can be changed optionally:
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 (half) teaspoon of black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 (half) teaspoon paprika (red ground pepper)
Crispy Chicken with Corn Flakes Recipe
Cut the chicken breasts into thin and long slices (julienne).
Prepare the marinade/bullama sauce in a large bowl (mix all the ingredients for the sauce by whisking).
Add the chicken to this sauce and mix well, cover the bowl tightly with a cling film and let it rest in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Crush/crush the cereal by hand in a large bowl.
Dip the refrigerated sauced chicken into cereal and arrange on a plate.
Fry the chicken in hot oil over medium heat.
