With 3 kinds of cheese, 3 kinds of nuts =) And when you combine the refreshing dill with the healing olive oil, you get the “D” option..
Crete Paste Materials:
-1 cup of breakfast curd cheese
-1 cup of Ezine cheese, cut into small pieces
-1 cup of Erzincan Tulum Cheese, cut into small pieces
-2 tablespoons almonds, crushed
-2 tablespoons pistachios, crushed
-2 tablespoons walnuts, crushed
-4 cloves of garlic, crushed
-3/4 teaspoon of olive oil
-1/4 bunch dill, chopped
Crete Paste Fabrication:
-You take all the ingredients in a large bowl and mix them lightly with a fork
-You add half of the olive oil on it and mix it again.
-Then you add dill to this mixture and mix it.
You take the Crete paste on the plate you will serve, smooth the top with a fork and add the remaining olive oil.
Lastly, you can decorate it with a little more dill and nuts. If you like, you can also add spices such as red powder or chili pepper, mint.
-I must say it goes great with toasted sourdough bread, too.
