Half a kilo of milk
200 gram box of cream
1 cup of granulated sugar
5 eggs
1 packet of vanilla
For the above;

1 tablespoon of granulated sugar (better if it is brown granulated sugar)

In a bowl, whisk the milk, sugar and cream well. Then we’ll take it to the pot.
When the edges bubble, turn off the stove. Let’s not cut our cream.
Crack the eggs into the mixer bowl.
2 min with mixer. Let’s whip it up and get a ladle of this warm milk. Let’s mix it up again.
Add these eggs to the pot by whisking. Add the vanilla and mix.
Then let’s place the casserole dishes on the tray. Pour 1 glass of water into the tray.
Let’s pour a ladle or two of this milky stuff into the casserole dishes.
20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. Let’s cook.
Then take them out and sprinkle a teaspoon of granulated sugar on them.
Again at 200 degrees, 10 minutes. Let’s cook more. When taking it out of the oven, be very careful not to burn.
After the bowls have cooled, we can serve.
