Ingredients for Creamy Salmon Pasta Recipe
200 grams of pasta (I use fettucine)
350 grams of salmon
200 ml cream
1 onion
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
3 tablespoons of olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
Thyme
How to Make Creamy Salmon Pasta Recipe?
Add salt to the boiling water. Add the pasta and let it boil. I am preparing this recipe with fettucine pasta, you can also use penne pasta if you wish.
Let’s dice the salmon. Let’s chop the onion. You can also chop julienne if you wish, it’s up to you 🙂
Take olive oil or oil in a wide pan. Add the onions and fry them until they turn pink.
Add the salmon and mix gently. The salmon will cook in 3-4 minutes. You can also cook by shaking the pan back and forth.
When the salmon turns color, add soy sauce on it. I use soy sauce instead of salt in this recipe, it gives a different flavor, but soy sauce is not a must for this recipe, sometimes I also prepare it without soy.
Let’s turn the stove down a little and add the cream. Let’s mix it gently. After boiling for about 1 minute, add the pasta and cook for 1-2 more minutes until the pasta absorbs the cream and take it off the stove. Our salmon cream pasta is ready to serve. Let’s serve it hot without waiting. Enjoy your meal.
Note; Salmon has increased in price recently. But let me tell you, with the measurements I gave, 2 people are too full, even enough for 3 people. When you look at it, it will even be cheaper than a hamburger or pizza for 2 people you buy from outside. Moreover, it is much healthier and nutritious 🙂
