1 cup of rice
1 tablespoon of olive oil

1 small carrot
2 spring onions
2 eggs
1 teaspoon of salt
1.5 cups of hot water

How To Make Chinese Rice

Wash and clean the spring onions with plenty of water and chop finely.
After peeling the carrot, cut it into small cubes.
Heat the olive oil and butter in a rice cooker.
Add the chopped onions and carrots and fry them.
After washing and draining the rice in plenty of water, add it to the pot and fry it until the rice becomes transparent.
Then add salt and hot water and close the lid of the pot. Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk. When the rice absorbs its water, add the egg mixture on it.
Close the lid again and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
