Finely chop the fresh and dried onions, and chop the carrots julienne. Set these aside. It will be practical to cut the beef into thin slices in a grill-like manner at your butcher. Cut the meat in this way julienne. Put the meat into the sauce you prepared in the blender and marinate. Let them marinate for at least 40 minutes. When the meat is ready, toss the carrots and onions into the marinade. After waiting for about 5 minutes like this, add the green onions. Then take the sesame oil and sesame seeds in a large pan. Throw in the meat and fry it. When the meat is browned, throw the remaining ingredients from your marinade into the pan and turn it around. This is how your Bulgogi recipe is ready! While serving, you can choose rice as the most classic and effortless side dish. You can prepare your rice in Far Eastern style steamed plain.
