During her appearance on JTBC’s “Please Take Care of My Refrigerator” in 2017, Jin revealed that she had an extremely unhealthy diet in the past. The BTS member said that his strict diet only allowed him to eat two pieces of chicken breast a day for a year.
The “Life Goes On” singer even revealed that she refuses to take vitamins to lose as much weight as possible while dieting. But his unhealthy eating habits took a toll on his health and resulted in malnutrition and health risks.
