8 slices of bread
4 cloves of garlic
3 tomatoes
4 tablespoons of olive oil
2 sprigs of parsley
a few sprigs of thyme
Black pepper
Various cheeses
pickled meat

How to Make Bruschetta (Italian Antipasti)

For the bruchetta; Peel the tomatoes and cut them into cubes. Peel and crush the garlic.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan and add half of the garlic and tomato. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes.
Mix remaining oil and garlic in a bowl. Fry the breads on both sides and brush with garlic oil.
Spread the tomato sauce on the bread. Garnish with chopped parsley and fresh thyme sprigs and serve.
After you put the breads you prepared on the serving plate, add the remaining ingredients to the hors d’oeuvre plate and serve. Enjoy your meal.

In this recipe, you can use white bread or sourdough bread or whatever bread you have at home. You can add flavor to its taste by drizzling balsamic vinegar on it. You can also add thyme or rosemary to it. Your taste is yours, you can differentiate the bruschetta however you want.
