Bingsu Recipe
Bingsu is a dessert that Korea often consumes to cool off. It is also known as patbingsu, as it is usually made with red beans called pat. However, we preferred the strawberry one. Prepared with only 3 ingredients, this dessert takes its place on the table in 10 minutes. If the ingredients are ready, we can move on to the strawberry bingsu recipe.
For Bingsu Materials
Frozen milk (4 cubes)
3 tablespoons of strawberries
Maras ice cream (2 tablespoons)
Jelly (optional)
How To Make Bingsu
First of all, 2 hours before starting the recipe, freeze the milk by pouring it into ice molds.
Cut off the stems of the strawberries and rinse with plenty of water.
After draining the juice of the strawberries, cut them into 3-4 parts.
Pull the frozen milk from the robot and turn it into snow.
Transfer the milk to a serving plate or ice cream bowl.
Mix the strawberries with the jelly and place on the milk.
Place the ice cream on the top. Enjoy your meal.
What are the Tips of Bingsu Recipe?
You can use pat or any other fruit to make Bingsu.
You can also choose Magnum ice cream with vanilla, fruit or cocoa.
You can use fruit jelly or simply serve strawberries according to your taste.
You can also add pistachios and hazelnut pieces to enhance its flavor.
