Bibimbap Recipe
Bibimbap, which means mixed rice, is one of the favorites of Korean cuisine. Ingredients such as minced meat, eggs, rice and carrots are used in the making of the dish. All the ingredients are taken into the serving plate. During the meal, the ingredients are mixed with each other. It is also known as ‘dog food’ among the people with its appearance. So, how is bibimbap made? If the ingredients are ready, we can move on to the Korean cuisine bibimbap recipe.
Ingredients for Bibimbap Recipe
1 cup of rice
2 eggs
2 glasses of water
1 zucchini (cut into strips)
1 carrot (cut into strips)
1/2 bunch spinach (washed)
2 onions (finely cut)
1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil
1/2 tablespoon of sunflower oil
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper paste

How Is Bibimbap Made?
We put the rice in a strainer, plug it with plenty of water and drain the water.
Transfer the washed rice to the pot and add 2 glasses of water to it.
Cook on high heat until the water boils. When the water boils, cover the pot and cook for another 15 minutes.
When the rice absorbs its water, take the pot to the kitchen counter and leave it to brew, keeping the lid closed.
Take the sunflower oil in the wok and heat it. Add onions, grated carrots and zucchini and fry for 10 minutes.
Add half a teaspoon of salt while roasting the vegetables.
Boil water in a different pot. Boil the spinach in boiling water for 1 minute.
When the cooked spinach starts to cool, squeeze it with your hand and strain the water.
Take sesame oil, salt and garlic paste into a bowl. Add the spinach and mix.
Add the spinach, roasted vegetables, 1/2 tablespoon of sesame oil and cayenne pepper paste to the stewed rice.
Add a little oil to a pan and break 2 eggs. Cook for about 2 minutes, until the white parts are cooked through.
Mix the ingredients on the plate with the rice completely. Transfer to serving plate.
Serve by placing the cooked eggs on top. Enjoy your meal.
